1. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, including:

  • All continental U.S. states
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Available countries and rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country’s customs authority.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain high-value items or items requiring signature confirmation.


2. Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping 🎉

Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping to all U.S. addresses!

Standard Shipping Rates (Orders Under $100)

  • $0 – $50: $7.99
  • $50.01 – $99.99: $5.99
  • $100+: FREE

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99
  • Saturday Delivery: $34.99 (select locations only)

Special Item Shipping

  • Large TVs (55″ and above): Additional $29.99 – $49.99 (free for orders over $1,500)
  • Heavy Items (over 50 lbs): Additional $19.99 – $39.99 depending on weight
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Note: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.


3. Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is the period between when your order is placed and when it’s shipped from our warehouse. This includes:

  • Payment verification
  • Inventory allocation
  • Quality inspection
  • Secure packaging
  • Label preparation

Peak Season Processing

During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), processing may take 2-3 business days.


4. Delivery Time

Delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Standard Shipping Transit Times

  • East Coast: 3-5 business days
  • Midwest: 4-6 business days
  • West Coast: 5-7 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii: 7-10 business days
  • U.S. Territories: 10-14 business days
  • Military Addresses: 10-21 business days

Expedited Shipping Transit Times

  • Express (2-3 Day): 2-3 business days after processing
  • Overnight: 1 business day after processing (orders placed before 2 PM EST)

International Shipping Transit Times

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 10-21 business days
  • Asia/Pacific: 14-28 business days
  • Other International: 15-30 business days

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and carrier-observed holidays.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time tracking link to monitor your package
  • Delivery updates via email and SMS (if opted in)

How to Track:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email
  2. Click the tracking link or copy the tracking number
  3. Visit the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, USPS)
  4. Enter your tracking number

Can’t find your tracking email? Check your spam/junk folder or log into your ClusterzShop account to view order status.


6. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe delivery:

  • FedEx – Primary carrier for express and standard shipping
  • UPS – Secondary carrier for ground and express shipping
  • USPS – Used for certain locations and military addresses
  • Regional Carriers – For specialized deliveries

We select the best carrier based on your location, package size, and delivery speed.


7. Packaging & Handling

Your satisfaction and product safety are our priorities:

✓ Protective Packaging: All items are wrapped in bubble wrap or foam padding
✓ Sturdy Boxes: Double-walled cardboard boxes for fragile electronics
✓ Original Manufacturer Packaging: Products ship in original boxes when possible
✓ Discreet Packaging: No external labeling indicating valuable contents
✓ Eco-Friendly Materials: We use recyclable packaging materials whenever possible

High-Value Items

Orders over $500 require:

  • Signature confirmation at delivery
  • Insurance included automatically
  • Tamper-evident seals on packaging

8. Delivery Issues

Missing Package

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check all locations: Front door, back door, mailbox, garage, with neighbors
  2. Wait 24 hours: Sometimes carriers mark items delivered before actual delivery
  3. Contact the carrier: File a claim with the shipping carrier
  4. Contact us: Email support@clusterzshop.com after checking with the carrier

We’ll investigate and work with you to resolve the issue, including sending a replacement if necessary.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos: Document the damaged box and product immediately
  2. Don’t throw away packaging: Keep all materials for carrier inspection
  3. Contact us within 48 hours: Email photos to support@clusterzshop.com
  4. We’ll arrange: Replacement or refund at no cost to you

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect shipping address:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately to update the address
  • After shipment: Additional shipping charges may apply to redirect the package

9. Delivery Attempts

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails (no one home, signature required):

  • 1st Attempt: Carrier leaves notice and attempts next business day
  • 2nd Attempt: Carrier leaves second notice
  • 3rd Attempt: Carrier leaves final notice and holds at local facility
  • Hold Period: Package held for 5-7 days before returning to sender

Package Returned to Sender: If your package is returned due to failed delivery attempts:

  • You’ll be refunded minus original shipping costs
  • To reship, a new order must be placed with shipping charges applied

10. International Shipping

Customs & Duties

Important: International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and import taxes
  • Any additional fees imposed by your country
  • Customs clearance delays

We mark packages with accurate values and cannot mark items as “gifts” or reduce declared values.

Delivery Timeframes

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Customs processing
  • Local carrier efficiency
  • Weather and holidays
  • Remote locations

Tracking International Orders

Tracking may be limited once packages enter your country. Contact your local postal service for detailed tracking.


11. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipment

  • Cancellations: Full refund if processed before shipping

After Shipment

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may:

  • Refuse delivery (package returns to us, refund issued minus shipping)
  • Follow our return policy once received

12. Holidays & Peak Seasons

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

To ensure delivery by major holidays, please order by:

Christmas/New Year:

  • Standard Shipping: December 15th
  • Express Shipping: December 20th
  • Overnight Shipping: December 23rd

Thanksgiving:

  • Standard Shipping: November 18th
  • Express Shipping: November 22nd

Peak Season Notice: During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday season (November – December), expect:

  • Extended processing times (2-3 days)
  • Carrier delays due to volume
  • Limited overnight shipping availability

Carrier Holidays

We do not process or ship orders on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

13. Multiple Items in One Order

Combined Shipping

All items in a single order typically ship together. However, in some cases:

  • Backordered items may ship separately when available
  • Large items (TVs, appliances) may ship from different warehouses
  • Pre-order items will ship when released

You’ll only pay shipping once, even if items ship separately.

Split Shipments

If your order ships in multiple packages:

  • You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package
  • All packages should arrive within the same timeframe
  • No additional shipping charges apply

14. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on or shortly after the official release date:

  • Release date shown on product page
  • Charged at time of order (not at shipment)
  • Shipping notification sent when item ships
  • Cannot be combined with in-stock items for immediate shipping

Want your in-stock items sooner? Place separate orders for pre-orders and in-stock items.


15. Product Availability

In Stock Items

Products marked “In Stock” typically ship within 1-2 business days.

Out of Stock Items

Products marked “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable. You can:

  • Sign up for restock notifications via email
  • Check back periodically as inventory updates daily
  • Contact us for estimated restock dates

Backordered Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you order:

  • We’ll notify you via email
  • You can wait for restock or cancel for a full refund

16. Insurance

Automatic Insurance Coverage

  • Orders under $500: Standard carrier insurance included
  • Orders $500 – $2,000: Enhanced insurance included
  • Orders over $2,000: Full replacement value insurance included

Filing Claims

If your insured package is lost or damaged:

  2. We’ll file the insurance claim on your behalf
  3. Replacement or refund processed within 7-14 days

17. White Glove Delivery (Premium Option)

For large TVs (65″ and above) and premium orders over $2,500, we offer White Glove Delivery Service:

✓ Scheduled delivery at your preferred time
✓ Room of choice delivery – delivered where you want it
✓ Unpacking and setup included
✓ Packaging removal – we take away all boxes
✓ Basic installation assistance available

Cost: $99 – $149 (varies by location and item size)
