30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

✓ Unused and in original condition – Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
✓ Original packaging – Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
✓ Proof of purchase – You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase
✓ Unopened for certain items – Mobile phones, tablets, and other devices with serial numbers must have intact seals (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earbuds and in-ear headphones (opened)
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
Step 3: Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 4: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 5: Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping fees
Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no charge

💡 Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Missing accessories or documentation

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Indicate you’d like an exchange in your return request
  3. Once approved, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost

Note: If you need to exchange for a different model or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure availability.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue
  • Your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Manufacturer Warranty: Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims after the 30-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time for refunds to post)
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge. Contact us immediately.
After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow our return process once received.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for most returns. However, a 15% restocking fee may apply to:

  • High-value items over $2,000
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window (at our discretion)

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion by your bank.
